EXCHANGE OF SIZE
Verien & Lúthien accepts exchanging size for once each regular-priced item, within 3 days after items delivered, with shipping fees borne by buyer. Exchanges are subject to availability and require items to be unused, unaltered, unwashed with original tags and packaging. Exchanges failing to meet our conditions will be declined and forfeited. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we offer store credit instead. We don’t accept exchanges or refunds for changes in mind for colour nor quantity. Strictly no refund.
EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECTS / WRONG ITEM / WRONG SIZE / WRONG COLOUR DELIVERED
Verien & Lúthien accepts exchange and will borne its shipping fee as store credit for item defects / wrong item / wrong size / wrong coloured delivered with photos or videos as proof. Please note, product colour may slightly differ due to studio lighting. Measurements may vary slightly due to the material’s stretchability. Slight colour differences or minor imperfections are not considered defects. Printed items’ symmetry are alignment not considered defects. Sale items with minor defects or variations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If your desired exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be issued, valid for 24 months. A RM5 processing fee applies per returned item. For example, returning a RM100 item yields RM95 store credit. Until we receive your return, it’s in your care. Use a reliable courier and keep the tracking number. We inspect returns and may refuse exchanges that don’t meet our policy. Returns at your cost. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
